Beast’s Lee Gikwang To Leave “Win Win” and Leaves Farewell Message
It’s been revealed that Lee Ki Kwang, from boy group Beast, will leave his post as MC on the variety talk show “Win Win.”
On October 4, he left a message on his twitter, “Thank you for showing so much love and support during my time at ‘Win Win.’ Thank you so much Seong Woo hyung nim, Jae Hoon hyung nim, Su Geun hyung nim, and the production staff for taking such good care of me as the maknae. I love you. Thank you.”
Lee Ki Kwang recorded his last episode on October 4. The rest of the MCs, Kim Seung Woo, Tak Jae Hoon and Lee Su Geun gave him flowers and a great hug after the recording.
He became part of the cast since August 2010 and 2 years and 2 months have already passed. Even though Jung Jae Yong and Kim Sung Soo had to leave their positions as MC and Lee Su Geun and Tak Jae Hoon filled up the empty positions, he did a great job contributing and doing his part. Although he had to juggle his busy schedule, he has shown professionalism. But after conflicting schedules with group activities, he decided it best to leave after much consideration.
In other news, Beast is currently attending various concerts abroad and is simultaneously preparing for their Korean album.
Soompiers, it’s sad to see Lee Ki Kwang leave when he was such a great MC! But we realize he’s off to bigger things. What are some of your favorite MC Lee Ki Kwang moments?
