GOT7’s BamBam Shares His Quarantine Workout Routine In New Vlog
GOT7‘s BamBam has been keeping fans updated since he became quarantined. He has been documenting some of his daily routines with vlogs that he releases on his YouTube channel.
In the latest vlog, BamBam continued to give us boyfriend vibes. He began the video by showing how he styles his hair before making his bed.
He then started his morning feeling refreshed and energized by working out. Firstly, he began with a very important step: warming up.
BamBam picked up the pace as he lifted weights. He also took a break in between sets to share some of his playlist as he sang some of “One Dance” by Drake featuring Wizkid and Kyla.
He is in competition with Jay B after all, so he has to make sure he looks cut! BamBam seemed pretty happy with the workout’s results lately as he stopped to admire his muscles (same).
He explained that exercising is not always easy for him. Due to his body type, he struggles to gain any weight, including muscle.
Exercising is really not easy. I’m originally quite thin, and it’s hard for me to grow muscle. I don’t gain weight even if I eat. It seems like it’s a good thing, right? That’s definitely not true. Well, of course, there’s pros, but there’s also cons!
After completing his morning workout, BamBam made sure to consume enough protein to better help build his muscles. He drank a vanilla protein shake before having a nutritious meal of a Thai minced chicken salad.
Jay B definitely has competition!
