Kim Soo Hyun is one of the most popular and beloved actors in South Korea for a reason! He wove his way into the public’s hearts with his roles in Dream High, My Love From The Star, Moon Embracing The Sun, and most recently, It’s Okay To Not Be Okay.
Though he’s usually a ball of sunshine that adds laughter to the set…
…he also knows when it’s time to get serious.
In a behind-the-scenes footage of episodes 15 and 16, viewers were able to see just how seriously he takes his acting. Kim Soo Hyun internalizes his characters so much, he cries just like them even when it’s not in the script!
This happened in the scene when Sang Tae showed off the children’s book that he worked with alongside Moon Young to the tree that represents his and Gang Tae‘s mother.
Actor Oh Jung Se delivered such a moving performance that Kim Soo Hyun couldn’t keep his tears in check.
Why did you take it this far? I’m not supposed to cry!
