Back in 2005, J-Lim made her debut under JYP Entertainment, and later in 2012, moved to Big Hit Music (then Big Hit Entertainment). During the show, she was asked by a listener what it was like to work under Park Jin Young and Bang Shi Hyuk, and was also asked to reveal who she prefers more as a boss!

Park Jin Young or Bang Shi Hyuk?

With a smile, J-Lim complained about the question a bit, saying how unfair it was to make her choose!

“Asking me to choose between these two is like asking if I like my mom or my dad.

Shi Hyuk oppa is very detailed. Jin Young oppa likes to grasp the big picture first before setting the context for the album while Shi Hyuk oppa likes to take a look at the detailed aspects.

During the speed quiz, she was asked if she knew that Bang Shi Hyuk would become this successful, and she answered “yes” without hesitation!

I knew. He was already doing well back then too. The Big Hit company had a system that worked well for them.

When asked about her experience meeting her former labelmates BTS at Big Hit, J-Lim praised the members, revealing how she was confident that they would hit it big because of their kind, humble attitudes, as well as their passion for their craft!

The atmosphere of BTS was different ever since they were trainees. They practiced all night, and they were all so kind. Even their personality was so humble and kind.

I felt that it was only a matter of time before they blew up and became successful.
