Uhm Jung Hwa and Uhm Tae Woong Sign With Key East Entertainment
On September 4, Key East Entertainment revealed that Uhm Jung Hwa and Uhm Tae Woong signed exclusive contracts with the agency.
The agency’s business department head Yang Geun Hwan comments, “Uhm Jung Hwa and Uhm Tae Woong have talent and popularity as actors and stars. They have also confirmed their reliability. With Key East’s strong and systematic mangagement, we will do our best to help Uhm Jung Hwa and Uhm Tae Woong be active and have many projects.”
The actors previously left Shim Entertainment, their agency of 11 years, on good terms.
Uhm Jung Hwa debuted in 1993 as a singer and has developed her career as an actress since then. She boasts many successful dramas and movies including “Witch’s Romance,” “Haeundae,” “Dancing Queen,” and more. On top of all this, the actress has received several awards for her acting.
Likewise, Uhm Tae Woong has enjoyed numerous successful projects as well. Some of his popular works include “Queen Seondeok,” “Equator Man,” “Introduction to Architecture,” and more. Having debuted in 1998, the actor has gained the nickname “Uhm Force” thanks to his charismatic acting.
Meanwhile, the actors will be joining fellow actors Bae Yong Joon, Son Hyun Joo, Kim Soo Hyun, Joo Ji Hoon, Lim Soo Jung, Jung Ryeo Won, Han Ye Seul, Park Seo Joon, and more in Key Entertainment.
